NAGS 2.0: scaling what works.
Approved in February 2026, NAGS 2.0 is the Federal Government’s four-year, $200 million programme extending what Phase 1 proved quality inputs, delivered and verified — across six staple crops.
Overview Phase 1 proved that a single, verifiable delivery chain could put quality inputs in farmers' hands for one crop, in one season. NAGS 2.0 keeps that model and extends it; five results areas instead of one, six staple crops instead of one, and four years of runway instead of a single campaign.

Access to high-quality agricultural inputs
Certified seed, fertilizer and agro-chemicals delivered through Agro-Pocket at a subsidised cost, to farmers who can be verified.
